NanoMEGAS is pleased to present a webinar on:
ASTAR: Phase & Orientation mapping at the nm scale using 4D – SPED in TEM
Date: December 2nd, 2020
10:00 – 12:00 AM (GMT +2)
Plenary Speakers:
Dr Edgar Rauch, Laboratoire SIMAP, Univ. Grenoble Alpes, CNRS, Grenoble, France
Prof Muriel Veron, Laboratoire SIMAP, Univ. Grenoble Alpes, CNRS, Grenoble, France
The webinar will cover an introduction to Precession enhanced Phase & Orientation mapping for TEM (4D-Scanning Precession Electron Diffraction – 4D-SPED*). Recent examples of ASTAR will be presented. We hope you take this opportunity to learn about this advanced technique for TEM and visualize the wide range of exciting results obtained by 4D-SPED (ASTAR).
*4D SPED method is similar to 4D-STEM technique
